Abstract

English is used as a foreign language in indonesia. For this reason English has been introduced from early age in both formal and non-forlam schools. Various studies have proven that early age is the most sensitive language learning age. The problem is English for this particular age group needs a special theme to make them interested in learning. As a result, it needs special knowledge about how children acquire and learn a language. The children will be very enthusiastic to learn if the materaial is accordance with their development. The fact that they will be bored easily if the lesson is too easy for them, and on the contrary, they will be stressful if the lesson too difficult. Not all teachers are able to teach children successfully. it may need the ability to explore the world of children and their imaginary by applying the appropriate method of teaching.
