The initiative highlights the important role of pesantren in shaping future leaders who integrate ethical leadership with modern educational practices. Through this program, participants are encouraged to enhance their leadership abilities while incorporating Islamic values, preparing them to lead and teach effectively in both personal and professional spheres. The program also focuses on fostering skills in communication, management, and decision-making, with an emphasis on real-world applications. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan desain penelitian kualitatif untuk membahas topik-topik ini. Dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analitik deskriptif kuantitatif untuk memeriksa data. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 siswa dengan tingkat partisipasi 100%, menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam mempelajari metode penyelesaian soal akar matematika. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan bersifat interaktif, mencakup penjelasan teoritis, demonstrasi, latihan terbimbing, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 65,5 meningkat menjadi 85,3 pada post-test (peningkatan 30,2%). Selain itu, 90% siswa menyatakan materi mudah dipahami, 85% merasa lebih percaya diri, dan 88% tertarik mempelajari trik matematika lainnya. Kendala yang muncul, seperti perbedaan kemampuan dasar dan keterbatasan waktu, diatasi melalui kelompok belajar heterogen dan penyediaan materi tambahan. Program ini memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, guru, dan sekolah secara menyeluruh. However, not all schools provide earth science as a separate subject, so students often face difficulties in learning complex and multidisciplinary materials. This community service activity was carried out to train students to face the selection of OSN at the district/city level through structured coaching and field practicums in strengthening student competency in the field of earth science. The method of implementing the activity includes 3 stages, namely the preparation and coordination stage, implementation of activities, evaluation, and follow-up. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in student competency in the field of earth science, on average posttest scores in the range (65-80) compared to the pretest (25-40) on each topic of material, which was also reinforced by the results of the Quizizz application-based practice questions. In the school-level selection, five students were successfully selected to continue to the district-level OSN, and one of them achieved an achievement at that level. This activity responds to the need to improve English language teaching quality, particularly in English Literacy in schools. English teachers from SMAS Harapan 3 Deli Lama participated in the training. The program consists of theoretical and practical sessions aimed at enhancing participants' understanding of English Literacy teaching strategies and structures. Additionally, it seeks to improve their overall English proficiency. English pre- and post-tests, along with participant satisfaction questionnaires, were used for evaluation. Evaluation results show that teachers achieved higher English scores post-training. This activity is based on the low ability of students to write scientific papers systematically, even though they have high academic potential. The method of implementing activities was carried out through face-to-face training for three days and online/offline assistance for two weeks. The activity was attended by 25 students of grade XI, and was evaluated using pre-test, post-test, observation, and assessment of writing results. The results of the activity showed an increase in the average score from 58.2 to 82.4, the number of students who were able to compile complete articles increased from 4 to 20 people, and eight articles were declared worthy of publication. In addition, 92% of students stated that this activity was very beneficial. This activity shows that participatory training approaches and systematic mentoring are effective in improving students' scientific literacy.
